A Zoom Lecture on 20 October 2020, 5.00 pm
MoA Talks are an interdisciplinary lecture series within »Matters of Activity«. The interested public is invited to attend. Participation is free of charge. You can join via Zoom: https://hu-berlin.zoom.us/j/64986345529
The lecture series presents scientific positions from the cluster and continues with Myfanwy Evans on »Building Tangled Structures through Experimental Geometry and Topology«, who is a Professor at the Institute for Mathematics, University of Potsdam. As a school of design, the weißensee school of art and design berlin plays a leading role in the cluster of excellence »Matters of Activity«. In this context, lectures by Prof. Dr. John A. Nyakatura (Morphology and the History of Forms, Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin), Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Peter Fratzl (Biomaterials, Max Planck Institute of Colloids and Interfaces), Prof. Dr. Regine Hengge (Microbiology, Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin) and Dr. Michael Friedman (Philosophy & Mathematics, Cluster of Excellence »Matters of Activity«) have already been held in 2019.
