Maria José Greloni

Maria José is currently an executive director at Kubadili where she combines agile, design thinking, and innovative methods to promote social impact and development. She likes projects that are co-created between different sectors such as government, nonprofits, and the private sector. She addresses complex challenges, in a way that brings interdisciplinary and intercultural teams together.

This collaborative approach and curiosity towards understanding humans led her to pursue a global understanding, having lived and worked in countries like Canada, the US, France, China.

In the past, she designed and implemented high-impact technology-based solutions. Besides, she developed new projects and global relations strategies to promote networks and generate opportunities mainly in Latin America.

Currently she is choosing projects that involve strategic design, technology, and agile.
