Wenni Wendy Chua
Wendy Chua designes for social impact through products, experiences and services. She is currently persuing the masters in »Open Design« where she explores interdisciplinary approaches.
Besides her practice (forestandwhale.com), Wendy is also a design educator. She crafts creative pedagogies from early childhood sensorial workshops to speculative design methods for tertiary students.
In addition, Wendy curates future-envisioning narratives for museums, such as »Human-Nature« for the Red Dot Design Museum (Singapore) and »Project Solitude« for the National Museum of Singapore.
Wendy thrives in the thin slide/deep dive of diverse fields in interdisciplinary practices. She is currently exploring the »Orbital Machine«, a participatory theater based on the overview effect on astronauts, as a space for conversations on our human planetary existence.
