Lina Lau

Lina Lau is a designer and educator with a fashion and textile design background.

She received a Bachelor’s degree from the department of Fashion and Textile Design at the Royal Academy of Arts, The Hague and a Master’s degree in Fashion Design from the Universität der Künste, Berlin. She is currently studying in the Master’s program Adult Education and Lifelong Learning at the Humboldt Universität, Berlin

In her practice, Lina Lau researches repair culture and the development of collaborative, interdisciplinary, and inclusive learning environments, with a particular focus on textile and garment manufacturing.

As a student assistant in the project group »Material Form Function« she supports the management of ＿matter Festival 2025.
