Kerstin Wolff

Kerstin Wolff Is a structural engineer working as a Professor at the Institute for Architecture at the TU Berlin and as a practicing engineer at martens+puller Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH in Braunschweig.

Her research interest is the broadening of the structural material palette and the load-bearing behavior of sustainable structures. She is investigating how circularity can be implemented for load-bearing elements and what legal steps are necessary to take to implement it.

In her practice, she is revitalizing existing structures such as the largest residential building in Lower Saxony and botanical gardens such as Planten un Blomen in Hamburg and the Mittelmeerhaus in Berlin.
