Residency at Delfina Foundation
Congratulations to Heidi Jalkh
We are delighted to announce that our Associate Member, Heidi Jalkh, has been selected for a residency at the Delfina Foundation in London. Chosen from over 1,200 global applicants, Heidi is one of seven artists joining the thematic programme, Making and Materiality, in Spring 2026. We warmly congratulate Heidi on this outstanding achievement and look forward to the insights she will bring back from her time in London!
About the Programme
Making and Materiality explores the intersection of fine art, craft, and design. For the first time, Delfina Foundation has brought together a cohort of artists and makers to examine research-led material practices from diverse geographical and conceptual perspectives. The residency aims to foster artistic exchange and generate new knowledge within a global community of practitioners.
About Delfina Foundation
Founded in 2007, Delfina Foundation is the UK's largest international residency programme, hosting artists and creative practitioners from around the world. From our home in central London, we provide essential space and support for experimentation, research, and development; facilitate vital networks and dialogue across the art world and society; present new artists, art, and ideas to local and global audiences; and nurture longstanding global communities of artists and creative practitioners. Delfina’s residency programme is structured around the four seasons of the year. Each season, they bring together a cohort of around 8 to 12 international artists for residencies lasting 6 to 12 weeks. Throughout each season, they support peer-to-peer conversations among participants through programmed activities and provide an encouraging environment for informal exchange.
