Decision Making Fast and Slow: Unconscious Bias and the Virtual Brain

METIS Lecture with Cluster Member Petra Ritter

Cluster member Petra Ritter will address the influence of unconscious bias on our brains in this year’s METIS Lecture. Hosted online, she will present a framework for the simulation of individual human virtual brain twins and discuss how brain simulation helps us understand human decision-making and its relationship to unconscious biases that can lead to discrimination.
