Dr. James C. Weaver ist Senior Scientist an der John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences in Harvard.
Er erhielt seinen Bachelor-Abschluss in aquatischer Biologie und seinen Doktortitel in Meereswissenschaften von der University of California, Santa Barbara, und absolvierte anschließend ein Postdoc-Studium in Molekularbiologie, chemischer Technik, Physik und Erdgeschichte.
