Prof. Dr. Arthur Glenberg
Arthur Glenberg ist Professor an der psychologischen Fakultät der Arizona State University, emeritierter Professor an der University of Wisconsin-Madison und Mitglied des INICO an der Universidad de Salamanca.
Er betreibt Grundlagenforschung in der Kognitionspsychologie und Kognitiven Neurowissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt auf der Entwicklung von Theorien der verkörperten Kognition in Sprache und Bildung. Darüber hinaus haben er und seine Kolleg_innen an der ASU eine ›Embodied Reading Comprehension Intervention‹ (EMBRACE) für englischsprachige Kinder in den frühen Grundschuljahren entwickelt (siehe: https://videohall.com/p/565).
Dr. Glenberg hat ein Lehrbuch (in dritter Auflage), einen Sammelband und über 100 referierte Artikel verfasst. Bis 2019 wurden seine Publikationen über 20.000 Mal mit einem h-Index von 62 zitiert.
