Elisa Strobel do Nascimento (PhD)
Elisa Strobel do Nascimento ist seit 2018 Professorin am Fachbereich Design der Bundesuniversität von Paraná (UFPR), Brasilien.
Nach ihrem Master-Abschluss in Industriedesign an der Staatlichen Universität von Santa Catarina (UDESC) arbeitete Elisa an verschiedenen Industriedesign-Projekten, von Spielzeug bis hin zu Fahrzeugen. Im Jahr 2009 war sie Mitbegründerin des Studios »2:1 Industrial Design«, in dem sie bis 2012 arbeitete. Sie ist außerdem Doktorandin an der UFPR.
An der UFPR ist Elisa Co-Leiterin des Prototyping-Labors des Fachbereichs und des Erweiterungsprojekts »Prototipa Design«, das Universität und Gemeinde miteinander verbindet. Ihre Forschung »Design with the Living: Learning to Work Together« zielt auf die Erleichterung des Lehrens und Lernens von Biodesign in der Ausbildung von Studenten ab und ist auch Gegenstand ihrer Doktorarbeit.
